Summary: The article addresses how companies can implement a business strategy that commercially incorporates sustainability. According to the article, sustainability is different from other kinds of corporate initiatives in three ways, namely operational reality, public perceptions, and other corporate initiatives can generally be a part of a sustainability strategy. Successful sustainability initiatives evolve through three phases, namely making the case for change, translating vision into action, and expanding boundaries.
