Summary: In an Economic climate where starting one business is a calculated risk, women Entrepreneurs have found a way to create and juggle several businesses successfully. In the Indian scenario it is difficult to handle both family and an enterprise, thus this study tries to figure out the factors that effects women Entrepreneurs. The present article emphasizes on the characteristics that make women Entrepreneurs successful, discusses a few successful women Entrepreneurs and cites few important findings.
