This preparation<br/>for life has been done smoothly under the<br/>stewardship of called teachers Quality of<br/>education to a great extent depends on the<br/>conceptual, technical and human skills that<br/>teachers possess and their willingness to employ<br/>them in the teaching-learning process in the<br/>possible. Education is always in a state of flux.<br/>Knowledge and skills that are found relevant<br/>today become irrelevant within a short span of<br/>time. Unless our system of education keeps<br/>moving in rhythm with the changing needs of the<br/>time, it would turn out to be dysfunctional and<br/>irrelevant. Hence education needs rejuvenation<br/>and restructuring from time to time if quality of<br/>education is to be kept alive. |
