The sample is drawn from a pool of sales professionals who completed a questionnaire made up of valid and reliable instruments that measured each of the variables studied. The findings indicate that the personnel have higher levels of job stress and higher levels of job performance. This study in some way contributed towards understanding the psychological perspective of employees and also understanding ways by which a job can be redesigned. | ||
