N2  - Working Capital Facility (WCF) to a corporate or MSME borrower is sanctioned for a period of one year. Before the WCF expires, in terms of RBI guidelines, it is mandatory to carry out annual review exercise based on the past performance and future business plan. For this purpose, a borrower is expected to submit renewal papers comprising of audited balance sheet, profit and loss account of the Last Year (LY), Current Year (CY) estimates and actual and Next Year (NY) projections duly supported by some evidence such as orders in hand, etc. Renewal papers are expected to be submitted to a bank branch almost a month in advance
